Welcome, Little One!

I’m a disabled little based in Sydney, who amongst many things struggles with mobility and sensory issues. Itty Bitty was the answer to so many problems for me - it provides me with an income and a chance to work despite my health holding me back, it allows me to create items to regulate and enrich my sensory needs and head spaces, and allows me to fill a gap in the Australian market.

Itty Bitty was founded in 2016 by a young entrepreneur in the midst of an empty Australian market, as the only all-encompassing and welcoming store of its nature. As time has passed, focuses and other things have changed and grown and Itty Bitty now stands as a little space and sensory/comfort item store, taking pride in a bespoke style, wide range of goods, and affordable pricing. IBW offers 24/7 customs, fully customisable premade alterations for no additional cost, and is the first business of its kind to offer a code to include further items into orders/combined held orders with zero additional postage cost - temporarily or for your finalised order.

Itty Bitty’s conception was propelled majorly by Australia’s inaccessibility - plainly speaking, it’s a pain to shop online as an Aussie. Postage takes forever and is expensive, and currency conversion makes everything two to three times more expensive. I aspired to create an avenue that provided the same experiences I longed for at home, and created a financially accessible space for all. Whilst us Aussies benefit from pricing ranging from $5AUD to $30AUD for premade items, international customers get to take advantage of conversion rates lowering prices even further and supporting international creators.

Until May of 2020, Itty Bitty existed as an Instagram only store, selling via claim sales and invoices. This new chapter, opened by the website you’re reading this on, was one of my proudest moments and my biggest step for IBW. this step would not have been possible were it not for the support of YOU, my customers! From the bottom of my heart, I thank you truly.

In the early days, IBW’s product range was comprised of bracelets, collars, crinkle sensory toys, pacifier pins, and basic deco items. With time, pacifiers and clips joined the collection as well as bibs, rattles, cubes, sensory pillows, paci pouches, squeaker and silent toys, several sizes and types of blankie, teethers, and several more transitional and limited items. The product range and supplied used are ever changing, so be sure to snag something if you see it and love it! Now, customs are open for all sorts of things - or you’re more than welcome to bring your own ideas!

Today, Itty Bitty has moved onwards and upwards, and although I operate entirely solo in all admin, postage, social media and crafting, I’m accompanied by a phenomenal ambassador team (Instagram usernames available on the @ittybittywonders official Instagram page), whose constant support and input - combined with that of my wonderful customers and Instagram followers - allows me to continue to create and spread love internationally via my art.
